Using an approach to psychotherapy that is both holistic and traditional, it is my goal to help you heal the wounds of your past in order to be able to live a fuller and happier life in the present. I believe in healing your emotional, psychological, and spiritual pain, thereby integrating your body, mind and soul, bringing you back to your authentic self.

I use Psychotherapy/Talk Therapy including the modalities of Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy (HCH), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

These modalities provide the tools to help you discover the wholeness that exists within you and help purge the body of pain, sadness, old grief, shame, guilt and any other negative feelings or emotions.

Like a sculptor,I provide the tools that help you discover the wholeness that exists within you. The first step in the process of healing is to help the client (you) find the origins of your wounds. This treatment is individualized according to the client’s needs. Having a keen sense of intuition I tailor the sessions to fit each individual’s needs.

One of my favorite quotes comes from The Gospel of Thomas which reflects this goal. “If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”

Talk Therapy is simply talking about your current and past issues and having a therapist there to listen to you. It allows you to hear another perspective about your issues besides your own. Through discussion and guidance you are encouraged to find your own solutions.
